Two charged with sex assaults involving juveniles

Two men, ages 20 and 54, have been charged with sex assaults involving juvenile victims that occurred at public parks.Kevin Paul Gardner was charged Tuesday on two counts of first-degree and one count of third-degree sex assault for an alleged attack at 'Ewa Beach Park. His bail is $25,000.
Larry London, who has no permanent local address, is also being held on $25,000 bail for third-degree sex assault. The incident allegedly occurred Tuesday at a Chinatown-area park. London was arrested Tuesday night on River and Pauahi streets.
