Kalihi man arrested in tie to stolen vehicle incident

A 23-year-old Kalihi man was arrested in Waimalu yesterday after he allegedly was spotted driving a vehicle belonging to a Pearl City company without permission.The man was arrested about 9 a.m. on Hila Place on suspicion of unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle.
