Peter Pan peanut butter refund address changed

Health officials said people should not eat Peter Pan peanut butter if the jar's lid has a product code beginning with "2111" as an investigation into a salmonella outbreak continues.The Associated Press yesterday reported an address in California provided by the company for requesting refunds. ConAgra has since changed that address. For a full refund, consumers should send the product lid, their name and mailing address to ConAgra Foods, P.O. Box 3768, Omaha, NE 68103.
