Kaua'i recycling center open today, after all

PUHI, Kaua'i – Puhi Metals Recycling Center will not be closed today as was announced earlier.
The facility had been scheduled to close temporarily to allow for the shipment of a large load of accumulated metals for recycling. However, the project has been postponed.
Normal operating hours for PMRC are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays to Saturdays, except on holidays.
The facility will be closed Monday in observance of Presidents' Day.
