3 hurt, man arrested after fight at Makapu'u Beach Park

Police arrested a 20-year-old man for questioning early yesterday morning after he allegedly drove a vehicle at two men and a woman while attempting to leave the scene of a fight at Makapu'u Beach Park.The man was identified by a witness and arrested at another location.
Police said the two men, ages 25 and 29, and woman, 21, were driving past the park when they noticed a fight at 3:30 a.m. and the parked car of a relative.
The fight broke up as they approached, but one of the participants got into a vehicle and drove at them, they said. The three suffered injuries to their legs.
The suspect was booked for three counts of first-degree attempted murder, police said.
