Registered sex offender in Ha'iku charged in assault

A registered sex offender has been charged with one count each of third-degree child abuse and sex assault.William Wallace Grafton, 40, of Ha'iku Village in Windward O'ahu, is being held on $75,000 bail. He has six prior convictions, according to Hawai'i Criminal Justice Data Center records.
