No serious injuries result from bicycle-car collision

Police, firefighters and city paramedics converged on the intersection of South King Street and University Avenue to check on a report that a bicyclist had collided with a car.
The incident was reported about 1:15 p.m.
Bryan Cheplic, spokesman for the city Emergency Services Department, said no one was found to be in need of medical treatment when crews arrived at the scene.
