Broken water pipe on Ala Moana near Ward repaired

Honolulu Board of Water Supply crews have repaired a broken 6-inch water pipeline by Ward Warehouse and the right and middle west-bound lanes of Ala Moana between Kamake'e Street and Ward Avenue should be open for the morning commute.The break was reported at 10:34 a.m. yesterday. The pipe feeds a fire hydrant, and no customers were affected.
