Kupuna to discuss traditional healing arts

Kupuna from all islands will convene to discuss Native Hawaiian traditional healing practices as a result of an $11,600 grant to Papa Ola Lokahi by the Office of Hawaiian Affairs.The elder councils will take place over the next four months. Recommendations they make on how OHA can use its resources to support and perpetuate traditional healing arts will be forwarded to the five Native Hawaiian Health Care Systems in Hawai'i.
