Marathon noise to be discussed by neighborhood board

On the agenda of Tuesday's Ala Moana-Kaka'ako Neighborhood Board meeting is the early-morning noise caused by the Honolulu Marathon.Two members of the marathon's organizing committee will be present to address residents' noise concerns.
The meeting's agenda was released Tuesday by the vice president of the board, who is urging public attendance of the meeting.
The meeting starts at 7 p.m. and will be held at the Makiki Christian Church on Pensacola Street.
