Affordable housing conference kicks off today

An affordable housing conference, "Solving Hawai'i's Affordable Housing Crisis," sponsored by the Hawai'i Housing Finance and Development Corporation (HHFDC), Housing Hawai'i and the Urban Land Institute, will be held today at 1:30 p.m. at the Coral Ballroom in the Hilton Hawaiian Village.Dan Davidson, HHFDC executive director, and Micah Kane, chair of the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands, will be speaking, as well as Lt. Gov. James "Duke" Aiona and U.S. Housing and Urban Development Secretary Alphonso Jackson.
