Church Women United to host Day of Prayer gathering

Church Women United is hosting three events this year beginning with the World Day of Prayer, which is held annually on the first weekend in March.The group will host a gathering at 3 p.m. Monday at St. Elizabeth's Church, 720 N. King St.
The other events are World Friendship Day in May and World Community Day in November.
