JPAC teams return to Hawai'i after monthlong mission

Advertiser Staff

Five JPAC teams returned to Hawai'i from Laos and Cambodia this week after spending more than a month in Southeast Asia seeking information associated with Americans missing from the Vietnam War.

Hickam Air Force Base announced their return Tuesday via news release.

One remaining team from the Cambodia mission deployed to Thailand to conduct a recovery mission for a case associated with World War II. This team is expected to return to Hawai'i in early March.

This was the 97th Joint Field Activity in Laos, and the 37th Joint Field Activity in Cambodia.
