'Power of Aloha' to be discussed

Lt. Governor Duke Aiona will make a presentation to the Honolulu City Council on the Power of Aloha at 8:45 a.m. Thursday at the Honolulu Hale.The program was started last year as a way to reach encourage Hawai'i's youth to incorporate the spirit of aloha into their daily lives and in the decisions they make and how they treat others.
Aiona regularly visits schools around the state to speak with students about making smart choices and talks to adults about being positive role models.
