Kaua'i utility board candidates at public forum Thursday

LIHU'E, Kaua'i—Candidates for the board of directors at the Kaua'i Island Utility Cooperative will participate in a public forum at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the Kaua'i War Memorial Convention Hall.New board members will be elected in March. Electric utility customers will receive ballots by mail.
