Fun Factory at Market City Shopping Center Celebrates Reopening with Party on Saturday, February 24

Family Entertainment Center Debuts New, Improved Look

HONOLULU—Fun Factory at Market City Shopping Center is celebrating its grand reopening on Saturday, February 24 with a party and prizes for the young and young-at-heart. From noon to 2 p.m., radio station Power 104.3 will broadcast from the store and give customers a chance to spin their prize wheel. From 1:30 to 2:30 p.m., guests can receive balloon animals. Throughout the day, customers can enter to win prizes including six $25 Best Buy gift certificates, a $75 dining certificate from Shorebird Restaurant and $25 worth of free Fun Factory tokens. Also up for grabs will be four Fun Passes for the Sports Carnival, which can be used to get a wristband for unlimited rides and free admission to the carnival, which will be held on March 9 to 11 and March 16 to 18 at Aloha Stadium.

Fun Factory at Market City Shopping Center closed for renovations in January 2007 and reopened on February 14, 2007. Improvements to the family entertainment center include a new overall color theme in the arcade, carpeting, ceiling, and personnel. New games have been added including Super Bikes, inspired by the hit movie "The Fast and the Furious," which allows a player to choose from 14 different bikes and perform over 30 different tricks.
