Windward students building support for new library

Windward Community College students will be out collecting signatures at Hardware Hawaii Kailua tomorrow in support of a new library/learning center building for the Kane'ohe campus.Recently Gov. Linda Lingle released $2.6 million in design funds. Now the school needs construction money for the project and students want to build community support to persuade legislators to fund the building this year.
