BYU sweeps past Warriors in volleyball

Ivan Perez had 15 kills and Robby Stowell added 13 to lead fourth-ranked Brigham Young to a 35-33, 30-22, 30-27 victory over No. 12 Hawai'i in a Mountain Pacific Sports Federation men's volleyball match tonight at Provo, Utah.

BYU is 11-4 overall and 7-3 in the MPSF. UH is 3-11 and 3-9.

Lauri Hakala led UH with 13 kills Matt Vanzant added 11.

The Warriors hit just .134 for the match, while BYU hit .315.
