Kawate, Nishimoto team for HPLGA Four-Ball golf win

Mike Kawate and Roy Nishimoto shot a final-round 63 today to win the HPLGA Four-Ball tournament by one stroke at Ted Makalena Municipal.Kawate and Nishimoto finished with a 36-hole total of 131. Rodney Doo and Shakil Ahmed, and Aki Matsumura and Casey Watabu tied for second at 132.
Tadd Fujikawa, who teamed with Chan Kim to win last year, tied for sixth with Adrian Doo at 134.
Donn Suzuki and Dennis Onaga won A flight, and Ronald Kakiuchi and Doug Higa won B flight.
