Advertiser Staff

A man arrested by Kalihi patrol officers early Friday morning inside a Honolulu seafood business building was charged today with burglary.

Byron Williams, 23, is being held in lieu of $11,000 bail. He was arrested Friday at 2:58 a.m. by officers responding to a security alarm call.

Officers said they saw Williams crawling out of a window before going back inside the building.
