Man accused of trying to drag woman out of car

A 33-year-old man was charged today with reaching into a car and trying to pull out a 28-year-old woman passenger.Malo Seleni is accused of unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and terroristic threatening.
Bail is $30,000.
Police said the incident occurred at 8:50 p.m. Friday at Kai'olu Street.
