Ladyfest to present 'Casanova Cabaret'

Ladyfest Hawaii will stage an event themed "Casanova Cabaret," from 7:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. this Thursday at Butigroove, 500 Pi'ikoi St. Doors open at 7 p.m. and there will be post-show dancing till 1:30 a.m.
The program coincides with the second annual National Women and Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness Day, to raise awareness of HIV/AIDS on the lives of women and girls. It will benefit the Life Foundation.
A Drag King Contest will be among the activities.
Tickets are $15 at the door, $10 in advance, available at the club.
