Tower of Power coming to Honolulu

Tower of Power brings its hot horn section and a stable of powerhouse hits to Events at the Tower, formerly Kapono's, at Aloha Tower Marketplace at 7:30 p.m. March 25.
The gig marks the return of guitarist Bruce Conte to the ranks, after a 20-year absence.
The group is known for such hits as "You're Still a Young Man," "Down to the Nightclub," "What Is Hip?," "You Ought to be Havin' Fun," "So Very Hard to Go" and "Don't Change Horses (in the Middle of a Stream)."
Tickets are $45, on sale starting Thursday, at Kua Aina at Ward Centres and Hale'iwa, and also at Ticketmaster locations, including Times Supermarkets. To charge by phone, call (877) 750-4400.
