Local Ruby Tuesday franchisee to open Guam outlet

The Hawai'i franchisee for Ruby Tuesdays restaurants in Hawai'i plans to open the chain's first franchised restaurant in Guam later this year.Ted Davenport, who operates Ruby Tuesdays here, is part of RT Restaurants LLC, which will develop the Guam location Maryville, Tennessee-based Ruby Tuesday Inc. said in a news release.
