The University of Hawai'i women's soccer team will host nationally ranked Virginia in an exhibition match March 9 at the Waipio Peninsula Soccer Stadium at 7 p.m.

"This is the best match we've ever scheduled in the spring," UH head coach Pinsoom Tenzing said in a release. "I'm thrilled our team is fortunate enough to play a team of Virginia's caliber in preparation for the fall season. It should be a high-quality match."

Admission will be charged. Ticket prices will be $6 for adults, $3 for students and free admission for children 10 and younger.

The Cavaliers are coming off a 12-8-2 season and their 13th consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance. The finished the season ranked 18th in the NSCAA/addidas Top 25 and 21st in the Soccer Buzz Top 30 poll.
