Airport viaduct accident slowing town-bound traffic

An accident on the airport viaduct is blocking the center lane in the town-bound direction, further slowing the morning commute.H-1 Freeway traffic is backed up to Fort Shafter in the town-bound lanes while 'ewa-bound traffic from East Honolulu remains slow-going through Kokohead Avenue.
