Mauna Kea Galleries opens in McCully Chop Sui space

By Catherine E. Toth
Advertiser Urban Honolulu Writer

Mauna Kea Galleries will celebrate its grand opening tomorrow at 2005 S. King St.

It has taken over the space formerly occupied by McCully Chop Sui, which closed its doors after more than 50 years of business last year.

Established since 1995 in Waimea, Mauna Kea Galleries is a retailer of collectible Hawaiiana curios based on the Big Island. The company buys and sells items from old menus to furniture to vintage surfboards.
