Young Brothers hires Ohtomo to manage planning

Young Brothers Ltd. said it hired Nami Ohtomo as manager of strategic planning and government affairs.Ohtomo's duties will include developing and implementing the company's strategic plan as well as working with government agencies and analyzing how changes in the barge company's operating environment affects its plans. She will report to Roy Catalani, Young Brothers vice president of strategic planning and government affairs.
