Disaster-planning seminar tomorrow

The Waikiki Community Center will hold a one-hour seminar tomorrow on disaster preparedness.The event starts at 10 a.m. at the center's auditorium. A representative from O'ahu Civil Defense will talk about hurricane- and tsunami-preparedness and how to prepare a family disaster kit. The fee to attend is $5.
Attendees will be put into a drawing for 10 free emergency kits, worth $50 each.
