Kaua'i police seeking armed fugitive

LIHU'E, Kaua'i — Police are asking for the public's help in finding a man they say is known to have firearms and is considered dangerous.Chris Dichoso Santos, 31, of Kapa'a, is sought for parole violation, criminal property damage and resisting an order to stop a motor vehicle. Anyone with information about his whereabouts should call police at 241-1711.
