Four rescues in high surf reported

City Ocean Safety & Lifeguard Division specialists made four rescues in high surf conditions Tuesday on O'ahu's north- and west-facing shores.Bryan Cheplic of the Honolulu Emergency Services Department reported three rescues and 200 preventive actions on the west side and one rescue, five assists and 450 preventive actions on the North Shore.
