Hawaiian Host launches organic macadamia nut candy

Hawaiian Host Inc. has launched a new line of organic macadamia nut candy.Hawaiian Host Pure Aloha Organics macadamia nuts are grown using farming techniques that are free of chemicals, the company said.
The new line will be launched nationally at the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade's Fancy Food Show in San Francisco later this month. In Hawai'i, Don Quixote already is selling the new candies. The Hawai'i-grown certified organic nuts are available lightly salted and covered in milk or dark chocolate.
