Analyst raises Douglas Emmett Inc. to 'market perform'

Shares of Douglas Emmett Inc., a California-based company that owns office buildings and apartment complexes in Hawai'i, was rated "market perform" by Analyst Richard Anderson of BMO Capital Markets, according to Bloomberg News Service.Anderson, who initiated coverage of the real-estate owner, set a target price of $28 a share.
