'Da Vinci Code,' Sandler on beach

The Sunset on the Beach festivals kick off the new year with two very different movies.

Tonight's feature is the Adam Sandler comedy "Click," about a workaholic architect who is given a magical remote control. Tomorrow's film is the thriller "The Da Vinci Code," starring Tom Hanks as a Harvard professor on the trail of dangerous secrets that could shake the foundations of Christianity.

Food booths open at 3 p.m., entertainment begins at 4 p.m. The films will hit the screen beyond 6 p.m., when it's dark. It all takes place at Queen's Surf Beach and it's free. 923-1094.
