A Honolulu man died yesterday morning after a traffic accident at Luakini Street and Jack Lane in Nu'uanu Valley. The Medical Examiner's Office identified him as Harry Kozuma, 73.

Police said Kozuma was driving east on Luakini when his car veered off the road and hit a concrete and tile wall at a residence on Jack Lane. The car went through the wall and across the yard, then hit another wall and a carport before stopping.

Kozuma was pronounced dead at St. Francis Hospital at 8:06 a.m., police said.

Kozuma may have had a medical condition that caused the accident, police said.
