Former big leaguer Mike Epstein will conduct a hitting seminar at 7 p.m. Friday at Kahala Elementary School.

Cost is $15.

In conjunction with the seminar is a hitting instructional camp on Jan. 13 and 14 at Mililani High. Cost is $375, which includes admission to the seminar.

The clinic includes eight hours of hands-on training and a SwiftStik training bat and MEH T-shirt.
