Flood advisory issued for Kaua'i

The National Weather Service has issued a flood advisory for the island of Kaua'i until 12:15 a.m. tomorrow.At 9:12 p.m. radar showed heavy rain near Anahola or about 13 miles north of Lihue.
Rain was falling at a rate of 2 to 3 inches per hour.
