State under flash flood watch through Wednesday

Advertiser Staff

The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for all the islands from tonight through Wednesday afternoon.

A Kona low-pressure system is expected to spread rain across the Islands through Wednesday.

Heavy rainfall, thunderstorms and flash flooding are possible, the weather service said today.

A flash flood watch means flooding is possible but not imminent.
