Local authors to address Baby Hui parent workshop

The Baby Hui parent workshop series brings Tom Merrill and Bobbie Sandoz-Merrill, local authors of "Settle For More," for a program on consistent kindness.Questions on other specific parenting issues may be submitted in advance to news@thebabyhui.org.
"Settle For More," a couples relationship guide, identifies 15 key elements — metaphorically called "apples" in the book — for the basis of a sound, strong relationship. These include honesty, commitment, honoring, passion, connectiveness and seamless communication.
The free workshop will be held 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday at the University of Hawai'i-Manoa's BioMed building, Room 103.
