Snowfall expected on Big Island summits

Up to 5 inches of snow are expected to blanket the Big Island summits of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa, according to a winter weather advisory issued by the National Weather Service.Travelers are advised to be aware of slippery surfaces and limited visibility.
