Advertiser Staff
The University of Hawai'i Board of Regents today authorized campus administrators to raise rental rates for campus dorms by up to 5 percent a year over the next five years. The actual amount of rent increases will be decided by administrators after public hearings for students and other interested parties. The increases are designed to offset more than $100 million in improvements to dorms either planned or already underway.
