Makaha Sons concert set

The Makaha Sons will stage their popular "Take a Walk in the Country 5" concert June 16 at the Waikiki Shell.
Because of requests from their fans, the group — Louis "Moon" Kauakahi, John Koko and Jerome Koko — will schedule two "on stage" time, from 7 to 8 p.m. and from 8:20 to 9:20 p.m. In earlier outings, The Makaha Sons sacrificed most of their performance time to their guests stars.
Previous concerts have been taped and the next one will be, too, with the first in a series of "Country" DVDs due this year.
