Advertiser Staff

A 75-year-old man struck by a motor vehicle in an 'Ewa neighborhood this morning died at The Queen's Medical Center, officials said.

The pedestrian was reportedly hit by a vehicle shortly after 7:30 near Renton Road and Auwaha Street, said Bryan Cheplic, spokesman for Honolulu Emergency Services Department.

Emergency Services took the man to Queen's where he died. The vehicle's driver, a woman whose age was estimated at early to mid-40s, was taken to St. Francis-West hospital. The driver is in stable condition, Cheplic said.
