Rescuers assist injured hiker

Firefighters from the Olomana Station and Rescue 1 assisted today in bringing out an injured woman hiker in Maunawili.The woman was brought out safely on foot from the falls area at 5:36 p.m. Firefighters responded to a call for assistance at 4:45 p.m.
The woman was not seriously injured.
