Hotel fire deliberately set

Employees were able to extinguish an early-morning fire yesterday at the Waikiki Joy Hotel that was deliberately set.Police said flammable liquid was used to start the 4:45 a.m. fire at the front door of the hotel.
Police have classified the incident as first-degree arson.
No injuries were reported. Damage estimates were not available.
Police have made no arrests.
