Light showers, trade winds in forecast

Light to moderate trade winds will primarily affect windward and mauka areas of the Islands, but a few light showers may drift over to the leeward side of some islands, National Weather Service forecasters said.Today's forecast calls for partly sunny skies with scattered showers, highs 72 to 80 degrees, east winds 10 to 20 mph and a 50 percent chance of rain.
Tonight: Mostly cloudy with scattered showers, lows 61 to 70, east winds 10 to 15 mph. and a 50 percent chance of rain.
Tomorrow: Mostly sunny with scattered showers, highs 73 to 80, east winds 10 to 15 mph and a 50 percent chance of rain.
Tomorrow night: Mostly cloudy with scattered showers, lows 59 to 71, east winds 10 to 15 mph, 50 percent chance of rain.
Thursday: Mostly sunny with scattered showers, highs 73 to 79, east winds 10 to 15 mph, 50 percent chance of rain.
Thursday night: Mostly cloudy with scattered showers, east winds 10 to 15 mph and 50 percent chance of rain.
