Surf continues to drop

Advertiser Staff

Surf is continuing to decrease along northern shores, but a new northwest swell is expected tomorrow night, National Weather Service forecasters said.

Today's surf forecast calls for surf 6 to 8 feet along northern shores, 3- to 5-foot surf along western shores, 4- to 6-foot surf along eastern shores and surf 1 to 3 feet along southern shores.

Tomorrow's new swell will likely be below the high surf advisory threshold of 15 feet on the north shore. East shore surf will increase slightly.
