Manhunt on after gunmen steal Lexus, abduct passenger

One of two men kidnapped at gunpoint today in Kahala has been released, but police are still looking for the second victim and the suspects as of 8:30 p.m.

The incident began at 4:30 p.m. when a woman told police she was confronted by two gunmen and ordered out of her 1990 silver Lexus at 4400 Alakoa St. The gunmen told her two passengers to remain in the car, which they drove off in the direction of Kahala Mall, police said.

One of the victims was released a short time later.

Police said a 20-year-old man is still being held by the gunmen.

The license number of the Lexus is GXJ 901.

One of the suspects is about 5-feet-10 and 240 pounds with blond hair and tattoos. The second suspect is 5-feet-10 and 130 pounds.
