MORTON'S THE STEAKHOUSE, HONOLULU NAMES JEFF BUECHE GENERAL MANAGER

HONOLULU, HAWAII – Morton's, The Steakhouse Honolulu has named Jeff Bueche

as general manager. Bueche will be responsible for day-to-day operations,

sales and marketing, development and training of staff and management,

financial accountability, and upholding Morton's tradition of quality and

excellence.

Bueche brings more than 20 years of restaurant experience to his new

position. Most recently, he served as general manager of Morton's, The

Steakhouse in Columbus, Ohio. Prior to that, he served as a traveling chef

for the company for two years. In addition, Bueche has held a variety of

culinary positions with a number of country clubs and resorts, including La

Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, Pinehurst Golf Resort in North Carolina and

The Cloister in Sea Island, Georgia.

In addition to holding a culinary degree from the State University of New

York, Bueche has completed an American Culinary Federation apprenticeship.

Located at Ala Moana Center, Morton's The Steakhouse, Honolulu is open

nightly. Dinner is served Monday through Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.

and Friday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Boardrooms are available
