Police Beat: Man arrested in brass knuckles incident

A 42-year-old man was arrested in the Punchbowl area at about 6:55 p.m. yesterday after he allegedly threatened to assault a 44-year-old man using brass knuckles.

The younger man was arrested on suspicion of first-degree terroristic threatening.

Man arrested in punching incident

Police arrested a 38-year-old Waipahu man last night after he allegedly knocked his wife unconscious.

Police said the two were arguing about 9 p.m. at their Waipahu Street apartment when the husband struck the wife.

The husband was still at the apartment when police arrived. The man was arrested on suspicion of felony abuse of a household member, police said.
